Returns & Exchanges

At CULTIVER, we want you to love your linen as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on all unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
